Staging and Decorating

Consultation fees are $50/hr. This consists of a walk-through of
the home with a "fresh set of eyes" using my Home Check List. I
will evaluate the entire home inside and outside and leave with you my
recommendations of a "to-do" list. All services provided
thereafter are $40/hr. Additionally, I can recommend many
contractors for whatever your needs are.
Organizing/Shopping/Errand
Running, Etc. -$37/hr. (2 hour minimum). There is no mileage charge for the
first 10
miles from where the service is initiated. This will most
likely
be from our home office or your residence. Thereafter, the
charge
is $0.49 per mile.
Gift certificates are available
upon request. What a unique
way
to give someone the gift of time. Some ideas include:

Gifts
- Birthdays
- Wedding and Anniversary Gifts
POLICIES
Payment
- Payment is due upon receipt of
services unless otherwise arranged.
- Payment
can be made with cash or check.
Conditions
- We
request that you provide at least 24 hours lead time on all requests.
- Please give a 24-hour notice
for cancellations. If less than
24-hours a $15.00 fee may be assessed.
- We
hold the right to refuse any business we feel is unsafe and unsuitable.
- Please
note that An Extra Pair Of Hands
will keep all client
information
confidential except as required in the
course of providing services for a client and only with a client's
permission.
- We reserve
the right to make all final decisions on services and related costs.
